Our little blue house...:)
The house is coming along. The blue wrap you see is an additional wrap they do to the house in order to get that 5 star energy efficient rating. Also the roof OSB has solar board paneling on the underside which acts as a radiant barrier. It is supposed to reflect 97% of the radiant heat from the sun.....EXCITING!!!!

Good luck with the OSB... we all know that the sun shines at 200% in the summer in Texas.
I can't wait to see the real deal in person and get a fabulous tour! When are you free? :) hee hee
